Step 1. Go to the official website https://pmjay.gov.in/


Step 2. Click on “MENU” on the left side of the home page

Step 3. After that go to the portal and click on Ayushman Mitra option

Step 4. Here after that CLICK HERE then click on REGISTER

Step 5. If already registered then login if new member then click on self register

Step 6. After that a new page will open in which enter Aadhaar Mobile Number: and Aadhaar Number: and click on SUBMIT, then tick on “I AGREE” and enter OTP.

Step 7. Now your personal information will appear. After confirming it correctly and clicking on CREATE, then “REQUEST” of Ayushman card will be done. The approval id will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Your Ayushman card will be generated within 10 to 15 days, after that you will be able to track or download it.
