How to Apply New Income, Cast and Domicile Certificate

Friends, we know that in today's time, income certificate is the most important document of all the documents, which is the most important document required for availing benefits in almost all government schemes, at the time of admission in schools and applying for jobs. You have to log in to the e-district portal from the given link through CSC or e-citizen_ https://edistrict.up.gov.in/edistrictup/

E-KYC Process

  • Click on the option of income certificate.
  • Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
  • Register your consent for Aadhaar Authentication by entering the capture code.
  • After authentication, click on Submit option.
  • Enter the OTP registered with Aadhaar card and click on Submit option.

 

Income Certificate Apply Process

  1. Now your form will open but in this form some details like your name, ration card number etc. will already come automatically through e-KYC.
  2. Enter your father's name in Hindi and English.
  3. Enter your complete address like_ House number, Village/Mohalla, Post, District, Tehsil and 10 digit mobile number.
  4. If the permanent address is different from the current address then enter the permanent address and if same then tick the Box
  5. Enter your occupation like_ Housewife, Job, Business, Laborer, Agriculture
  6. Enter the number of family members. maximum 50 members
  7. As soon as you enter the number of members, the same number of columns will open automatically.
  8. Enter details of your members in those columns like_full name of family members, occupation and their annual income.
  9. Enter the income in your source of income.
  10. Enter your total annual income.
  11. If any income certificate has been issued to you before then enter its certificate number.
  12. If you have paid the application fee then click on Yes option.
  13. Enter the reason for making the certificate like for admission in educational institution, scholarship etc.
  14. Select and upload your documents.

How to Upload Document

  • Passport size photo (format JPG, JPEG, PNG and maximum 50 KB)
  • Self-attested declaration (format JPG, JPEG, PNG and maximum 100 KB)
  • Ration Card (click here) (Format JPG, JPEG, PNG and maximum 100 KB)
  • Salary Slip (Format JPG, JPEG, PNG and maximum 100 KB)
  • In the section of Others_ (Format JPG, JPEG, PNG and maximum 100 KB)
  • Aadhar Card (click here)
  • PAN Card (click here)
  • Passport (click here)
  • Voter ID Card (click here)

 

After uploading all the Documents, click on the submit option. After entering you will get the application number, note down that application number.

 

How to Pay Fees Payment

  1. Through the e-citizen portal, you have to pay only Rs 15 as fee for income, caste and residence certificate. Here we are telling you the process of payment of income certificate fees through e-citizen portal.
  2. To make payment, you have to log in with your ID on the e-citizen portal.
  3. Click on the option of service fee payment.
  4. Choose the mode of payment like_ Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI and QR
  5. Here we are making online payment through QR Code.
  6. Select the QR option and select the BHIM UPI option and click on the Make Payment option.
  7. You will scan the QR code from any online payment app of your mobile and make the payment.
  8. After payment is successful, click on the option of service fee payment again to print the receipt.
  9. Enter your application number and click on Submit option.
  10. Now save your receipt.
